 The culinary offering of the Holiday Inn San Juan is a headed by an all Puerto Rican team of professionals. Our culinary team boasts the distinction of having earned one of the coveted positions in the Puerto Rico National Culinary Team for four consecutive years since 2005 – nabbing a gold medal every year in international competitions.
The hotel has earned in the local gastronomic scene with its signature Chef’s Tables, culinary events designed to wow even the most discerning guests. Past themes have included chocolate and rum-based menus and Mediterranean-inspired interactive evening cookouts where the guests become sous-chefs for an evening.
